Biography

Early, he joined the Reproductive Endocrinology Research Unit, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden as a WHO research fellow. His university teaching experience varied to include the military medical academy, faculty ofdentistry, Cairo, Egypt and King Abdul-Aziz University of Saudi Arabia. Recently, his interest in the chemical modification of biologically active natural compounds culminated in three international patents, (all in the national phase). Supportive published research followed in the field of Diabetes, diabetic complications and cancer. As a reviewer and supervisor together with his capacity as a secretary of the permanent committee for promotion to professorship in relevant specialization, he reviewed hundreds of postgraduate thesis and research papers.
